PROPOSED S-P-1 REGULATIONS
The site shall follow the “C-3” General Commercial District uses and regulations in accordance with Zoning Ordinance No. 480, Section 22, as amended, subject to all previous conditions
of approval with the following exceptions:

Any use permitted in the “C-3” General Commercial District.
The sale of used merchandise is permitted with approval of a Specific Use Permit in accordance with Zoning Ordinance No. 480, Section 45 as amended.
