New lease will add 129.7 additional acres designated as Wildlife Management Area
Term: August 1, 2011-July 31, 2036
Financial Impact:
One-time administrative fee of $595
Long term maintenance dollars will be budgeted as the BJNCP Master Plan is implemented.

Additional park acreage proposed in the lease has been incorporated into the Bob Jones Nature Center & Preserve Master Plan, a component of Parks Recreation and Open Space Master Plan
and the Southlake 2030 Plan
