Lorrie Fletcher copied me on her previous email as I am the staff liaison for the SPIN program.
Should you wish to go through the SPIN process for your project, the first step is to speak with the
SPIN Representative who will then make a recommendation on whether or not a meeting is needed.
Your project is located in SPIN #4 whose representative is Lou Hillman. You can reach him at 817-
247 -3392.
Mr. Hillman will speak with you about your project and then make a meeting recommendation.
Following that recommendation, if you wish to schedule a meeting, please fill out and return the
attached SPIN meeting request form prior to the submittal deadline for your desired SPIN meeting
date. Please note that I cannot schedule a meeting without a recommendation from the SPIN
Representative.

printout the invoice and provide it to our Building Inspections department for payment prior to your formal
submittal date which is anticipated for August 1St
