CONSENT AGENDA

B. Award of bid to Christmas Decor by Zenith for reinstallation of holiday
lighting at Town Square, and purchase and installation of holiday lighting
at Town Hall.
C. Award of bid to Pate Brothers Construction, Inc. for the construction of
the S -7 sanitary sewer line to serve the CISD stadium and transportation
facility site.

with Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) for the purpose of constructing,
maintaining, and using the proposed Mustang Court extension at the

H. Approval of a License Agreement with Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART)
for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, and using the proposed
Mustang Court extension at the intersection of State Highway 26 across
DART right -of -way.

The City Council may conduct a private consultation with its attorney when the City
Council seeks the advise of its attorney concerning any item on this agenda, about
