ALLEN SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 18, in the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and being situated in a called 10 acre tract of land as described in a Warranty Deed from Royal E. Smith, Jr. and wife, Marilyn Smith to the Keller Independent School District as dated May 2nd, 1974 and filed May 7th, 1974 in the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the north line of the above mentioned J.G.
