Call to order. 2. Discussion of all items on tonight's meeting agenda. No action will be taken and each item will be considered during the Regular Session. Authorize the Mayor to enter into a contract with Avanti Landscape Management for annual mowing services for public rights -of -way. C. Resolution No. 00 -33, Authorizing the City Attorney to bring a condemnation action for the purpose of obtaining fee simple ownership of land for use by the City as a park, library or for other public purposes. D. Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an interlocal agreement with TML Intergovernmental Employee Benefits Pool. E. Resolution No. 00 -35, Appointing Curtis Powell and Dave Visney to the SPIN Standing Committee as co- representatives for SPIN Neighborhood #15. F. SECTION 551.076 DELIBERATION REGARDING SECURITY DEVICES The City Council may deliberate the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation of security personnel or devices. SECTION 551.086 DELIBERATION REGARDING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT NEGOTIATIONS The City Council may deliberate regarding economic development negotiations.
