BEING a strip of land situated in the FRANCIS THROOP SURVEY, Abstract No. 1511,
Tarrant County, Texas, and being a part of a 15.31 acre tract of land conveyed by deed to Vern
Troutman and wife, Melba Troutman, recorded in Book 3369, Page 605, in the Deed Records of
Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the more Northerly corner of said 15.31 acre tract;
THENCE S 50° 34' 10" E, 31.63 feet to a point for a corner in the Southwesterly line of East
Dove Road, said point being the Northeast corner of a 1.46 acre tract of land conveyed to
Clifford J. Meagher and wife, Claire A. Meagher, recorded in Volume 6630, Page 868,
D.R.T.C.T.
THENCE S 61° 55' W, 180.3 feet to a point for a corner, said point being the Northeast corner of
