p.m. An Executive Session may also be held, under these exceptions,
at the end of the Regular Session or at any time during the meeting

CONSENT AGENDA
All items listed below are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be
enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of items unless a
Councilmember or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the
general order of business and considered in its normal sequence.

A. Approval of minutes of the Regular City Council meeting held December
7, 1999.
B. Authorize award of bids for the following sub - trades for the construction
of Town Hall and to reject bids for handrails:
1. Masonry to Texas Stone & Tile
2. Ceramic Tile to Dupont Flooring
3. Painting to Burns & Park Painting
4. Acoustic Wall Panels to Haden Building Systems
5. Carpet to Dupont Flooring
6. Toilet Compartments to University Building Specialties

C. Authorize the Mayor to enter into an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement
for ambulance service between Denton County and the City of Southlake.
D. Resolution No. 99 -85, Appointing representatives to the SPIN Standing
Committee.
E. Award of bid to Brice Systems for the purchase of Cisco routers and
switches for the citywide network.
F. Authorize the lease purchase of ruggedized laptop computers and
approving Resolution No. 00 -09, authorizing the City Manager to enter
into a lease purchase agreement for the purpose of procuring laptop
computers.
G. Resolution No. 00 -02, Appointment of a chairperson for the Tax
Increment Reinvestment Zone Board of Directors.

I. Authorize the Mayor to enter into a professional service agreement with
Schrickel, Rollins and Associates for the update to the Parks, Recreation
and Open Space Master Plan and the Bicentennial Park Schematic Design.
J. Award of bid to Control Specialists, Inc. for the installation of computer -
operated valves for the elevated storage tanks at Bicentennial Park and
Dove Street.
K. Request for the extension of validity for one (1) year of Case No. ZA 97-
156, Preliminary Plat for Cornerstone Business Park, Phase II; being
approximately 67.64 acres out of the C. B. McDonald Survey, Abstract
No.1013, per Subdivision Ordinance No. 483, as amended, Section 4.01
(I) 3 (Expiration of Plats).
L. Resolution No. 00 -01, Revising Resolution No. 98 -52 in support of the
application for related grant funds for a D.A.R.E. officer through the
Criminal Justice Division of the Governor's Office.
M. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an addendum to the agreement
with Tarrant County for tax collection services.
N. ZA 99 -092, Site Plan for Southlake Marketplace, Phase III, on property
table to legally described as Lots 5 and 6, Block 1, Southlake Crossing, Phase II,
1/18/00 an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, according to
per the plat recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 2425, Plat Records, Tarrant County,

G. Ordinance No. 480 -JJ, 1 Reading, Revisions to the Comprehensive
