Dove Road is located west of N. Carroll Avenue and on the north side of Dove Road adjacent to the existing Carroll Middle School. Plan Details The Option 1 concept consisted of potentially 24 residential villa type lots on approximately 10.2 acreswith some openspace towards the middle of the tract. Option 2 consisted of 3 large residential estate lots and a road COMMENTS The 24 residential lot option will be similar in nature to the villas off of John McCain in Colleyville. Density may be an issue north of Dove Road. The second option provides 3 residential estate lots but the difficulty we’ve encountered is having interested people. Wehave also considered doing a 13 lot subdivision and isstilla possibility. Some curvature in the road with a greenbelt should be considered if the option taken is the 3 lot subdivision. The road alignment and location on either east or west of the subdivision will be a difficult problem to resolve. Landscaping will be necessaryto buffer the residents to thewest.
