The existing zoning of Southlake Town Square is "DT" Downtown Zoning District.
This is the site plan provided by the applicant, which shows the general layout of the
event..
The brass and percussion performances are planned to be at [click] the Rustin Park
Pavilion on Fountain Place, with audiences invited to view the performances from [click]
Rustin Park itself. Six to eight tables will also be set up for sponsors. Sections of the
westernmost parking lots on Blocks 1 [click] & 2 [click] will also be utilized for staging
and preparation for the event.
[click] Shown in yellow are up to four local restaurants and souvenir tables featured at a
meet & greet following the evening's performances.
Also included in the event are portable restroom facilities, [click] shown here in pink; and
a sponsorship display of a [click] Lexus hybrid vehicle from Park Place Lexus and a [click]
"Pet Love" portable grooming van. Those vehicles would be located where the orange
dots are shown.
[click] Fountain Place and Main Street are the only two street sections proposed to be
closed for the event. The red lines indicate the road blockades.

The event is proposed for Sunday, June 19... which is Father's Day... from 6PM to 9PM.
Preparation for the event would begin around 3PM.
Brass and percussion performances will be made by a number of various drum and bugle
corps, including "The Crossmen," a highly- recognized organization with performances held
nationally.
As mentioned on the previous slide, bus and corps staging areas will be in the western
parking lots on Blocks 1 & 2.
According to the applicant's estimates, approximately 2,000 attendants are anticipated.
This includes traveling fans, schools, and members of the community.
