Approved (8 -0) revisions to the City's
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance No. 480 -
FFFF regarding public and private open space
requirements as presented; requiring
maintenance costs estimate for open space to
be provided prior to the 2nd Reading of the
ordinance at City Council (or City Council
approval), versus earlier in the process.
We originally proposed to remove the maintenance costs as a requirement, but based on
Parks Board input we have left the maintenance costs in the regulations.
