EXECUTIVE
SUMMARY: Sushi Zushi, Inc. is requesting approval of a Revised Site Plan for a 5,658 square
foot restaurant lease space on approximately 0.26 acres located near the northeast
corner of Grand Avenue and Southlake Boulevard in Southlake Town Square at
1420 E. Southlake Boulevard and 141 Grand Avenue. SPIN #8
DETAILS: Sushi Zushi, Inc. is requesting approval of a Revised Site Plan for a 5,658 square
foot restaurant lease space on the existing building on Lot 3, Block 5R of Southlake
Town Square. The additions being done to the building, which are shown under
Attachment C of this staff report, consist of a chase (exhaust duct enclosure) on the
west fagade of the building matching the existing material, finish and architecture of
the building and a patio dining area which will eliminate a total of three (3) parking
spaces directly north of the lease space. A 3'/2 -foot sidewalk is being installed
along the north edge of the western landscape island and southern edge of the
eastern landscape island. The applicant is proposing to add a planter bed along
the northern edge of the patio dining area to replace any shrubs being removed and
add additional landscaping as screening from the parking lot. No other landscape
changes are being proposed.

Informational Comments
