PROJECT: Sign Variance for North Park
REQUEST: The City of Southlake is requesting a variance to Sign Ordinance No. 704 as
amended for a monument sign for North Park, located at 200 East Dove Road.
The applicant is requesting a sign that is approximately 8 feet tall, which is 18
inches taller than the maximum allowed sign height of 6 feet 6 inches for this
location. In addition, the applicant is requesting a minimum setback of 0 feet from
the right of way due to an Oncor Electrical Easement that limits sign placement.
The minimum required setback is 10 feet.
