The applicant is requesting a sign that is approximately 8 feet tall, which is 18 inches taller than the maximum allowed sign height of 6 feet 6 inches for this location. In addition, the applicant is requesting a minimum setback of 0 feet from the right of way due to an Oncor Electrical Easement that limits sign placement. The minimum required setback is 10 feet.
