City Council consideration of Carillon Phase 1A Park Plans for Northwest Enclave Park and Villa Park North
Hines preparing to move forward w/ Carillon Phase 1A construction
Includes Northwest Enclave Park (5 acres) and Villa Park North (0.43 acres)
Proposed park plans are consistent with the concept plans previously approved by CC
(as part of Carillon 380 Agreement)
