Evan,
The first step in scheduling a SPIN meeting is to discuss the project with the SPIN Neighborhood Representative. Your
project is located in SPIN 8 whose representative is Pattie Minder. She can be reached at 817 - 481 -7492.
Once you have spoke with her, she will make a recommendation as to whether or not she feels a SPIN meeting is
necessary. If a meeting is recommended, you will need to fill out and return the attached SPIN Meeting Request form
prior to the submittal deadline for your chosen SPIN meeting date.
The next available meeting dates and deadlines are:

I was given your email address as the person to reach out to in scheduling a SPIN meeting for a
project my architecture firm is preparing to submit for a zoning change and SP -1 zoning on the
south side of Southlake Blvd just west of Kimball Ave (immediately east of the Ethan Allan
Furniture Store).
We plan to submit our zoning case to staff on May 16 and have already met with Dennis
Killough and Clayton Comstock to discuss the case. We would like to reserve time to present
the case to the SPIN committee on Monday, June 13 and I'm writing to confirm if you still
have availability on that date.
Please feel free to respond via email or phone to confirm.
