As the owner of 20 officeltechfflex space type building in the City of Southlake, I have had the opportunity to meet with numerous potential tenants who have expressed a desire to sale "High -End Automobiles" in this market area. I have told ALL of them that they would need to confine their operation to a "Showroom" type business and that NO outside display of autos would be compatible within this area. Most of our tenants are more "officeltech" than warehouse users. We take great pride in our area. and would like to ensure our tenants that the atmosphere of both Commerce Technology Center and the Cornerstone Business Park will remain a quality area. In summary, we do not oppose the use of automobile sales inside the building, but we GREATLY OPPOSE the outside display of vehicles at this location.
