BACKGROUND INFORMATION
OWNER: Carroll Independent School District
APPLICANT: Cheatham & Associates
PURPOSE: To add an approximately 600 square foot refrigerated storage building
to the kitchen area on the northwest portion of the building.
PROPERTY SITUATION: The property is located on the southwest side of the intersection of
South Peytonville and West Continental Boulevard.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Tract 3A in the Samuel H. Thompson Survey Abstract No. 1504 and
being approximately 24 acres of land.
LAND USE CATEGORY: Public / Semi -Public
CURRENT ZONING: "CS" Community Service District
P &Z ACTION: February 21, 2002; Approved (5 -0) subject to Site Plan Review
Summary No. 1, dated February 15, 2002, specifically acknowledging
item 9 1.
STAFF COMMENTS: A site plan is required because of the addition being residentially
adjacent and because of an increase being made in ground coverage
and floor area of the building.
Attached is Site Plan Review No. 1 Dated February 15, 2001. The
review is limited to the building addition only.
