PROPERTY SITUATION: The property is located on the southwest side of the intersection of South Peytonville and West Continental Boulevard. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Tract 3A in the Samuel H. Thompson Survey Abstract No. 1504 and being approximately 24 acres of land. LAND USE CATEGORY: Public / Semi -Public CURRENT ZONING: "CS" Community Service District P &Z ACTION: February 21, 2002; Approved (5 -0) subject to Site Plan Review Summary No. 1, dated February 15, 2002, specifically acknowledging item 9 1. STAFF COMMENTS: A site plan is required because of the addition being residentially adjacent and because of an increase being made in ground coverage and floor area of the building.
