A variance to the required 8’ multi-use trail is requested to allow a minimum width of 4.5’ adjacent to an existing fire hydrant, telephone box, fence and culvert.

granting the variance to the required eight (8) foot multi-use trail to allow a minimum width of four and a half (4.5) feet adjacent to the existing fire hydrant, telephone box, fence
