CITY COUNCIL 1ST READING March 29, 2011; Approved at first reading (7-0), noting the applicant’s willingness to work with the residents and requesting that the applicant consider placing the parking on the south side at the end of the cul-de-sac in a different formation, requesting the applicant to provide a landscape plan and to represent the minimum bufferyards, making them clear for the residents to see.
