A part of that responsibility is managing the contract for the daily janitorial services for all the buildings. The City of Southlake has an interlocal purchase agreement with the City of Coppell. That city has a janitorial contract with Regent Services who has offered to provide Southlake janitorial services under the Coppell contract.
