Facility Services
• Interlocal purchase agreement with
Coppell
• Regent Services contract with
Coppell
• Current contract - Hourly
• Regent contract — Flat Rate
The city's Facility Services division is responsible for the maintenance of all the
buildings owned by the City of Southlake. A part of that responsibility is managing
the contract for the daily janitorial services for all the buildings. The City of
Southlake has an interlocal purchase agreement with the City of Coppell. That city
has a janitorial contract with Regent Services who has offered to provide Southlake
janitorial services under the Coppell contract. That proposal is based on the scope
of services and square footage of each facility unlike the current contractor who
charges byt the number of hours their employees spend at the city facilities.
