PROPERTY SITUATION: The property is located on the north side of West Southlake Boulevard (F.M. 1709) between Shady Oaks Drive and North White Chapel Boulevard. Liberty Garden is to be located approximately 200’ east of the N. White Chapel frontage. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 2R2, L.B.G.
