BACKGROUND INFORMATION
OWNER/APPLICANT: City of Southlake
PURPOSE: The purpose of this request is to receive approval of a revised site plan to
permit construction of a learning pavilion in the proposed Liberty Garden area
at Bicentennial Park.
PROPERTY SITUATION: The property is located on the north side of West Southlake Boulevard (F.M.
1709) between Shady Oaks Drive and North White Chapel Boulevard.
Liberty Garden is to be located approximately 200’ east of the N. White
Chapel frontage.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 2R2, L.B.G. Hall No. 686 Addition, and Tracts 1, 1B, 1C1, 1C2, 1C3,
1E, 2A1, 2A2, 2B, 2B1, 3C1A, 3C, 3D, 3D1, 3D1A, and 3D6, situated in the
Littleberry G. Hall Survey, Abstract No. 686, and being 74.754 acres
LAND USE CATEGORY: Public Parks / Open Space and Medium Density Residential
