Subdivision Ordinance No. 483, Section 4.01(I) (Plat Expiration), as amended,
extending the validity of Case No. ZA 01-103, Final Plat for Greenway-Carroll
Addition for 30 days following the City Council’s action.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
OWNER / APPLICANT: Greenway-Carroll Road Partners, LP
PURPOSE: Extend the validity of an expired plat so that the lots and easements may be
dedicated and filed in the County. The eastern lot proposed by this plat is to
be conveyed to the developers of Town Square as part of a land swap and will
dedicate right-of way for a future connection from SH114 into the western
portion of Town Square. This plat will also provide dedications needed by the
City for N. Carroll Avenue and the extension of drainage and utility
improvements. The plat for the lot must be filed with the County prior to
conveyance in order to comply with the City’s Subdivision Ordinance.
PROPERTY SITUATION: Located at the southeast intersection of SH 114 and N. Carroll Avenue.
HISTORY: Preliminary Plat was approved March 21, 2000.
Final Plat was approved November 8, 2001.
A concept plan, a site plan with a gas station & alcohol SUP and a revised
preliminary plat were withdrawn from consideration by the applicant on
June 24, 2003.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Tract 1A situated in the Richard Eads Survey, Abstract No. 481, and being
approximately 10.559 acres.
LAND USE CATEGORY: Retail Commercial
CURRENT ZONING: “C-3” General Commercial District
