Both paintings are stated to be 48x60.
Image A— The western facing wall toward the Courtroom. The size of the wall space on the
left and right of the Courtroom are 67 in and 66 in, respectively. This allows for a painting that
is 60 in wide with about the same amount room of wall section around the exterior of the
paintings.

60 in wide but the exterior wall space around the paintings would differ, due to
size difference of the openings.

view on the eastern (right) side. The left and right wall openings are 61 in wide and
55 in wide, respectively. The right opening is too small to house a painting as well as
being blocked by the pillars.

Image E — The eastern wall by the Council Chambers. There are 3 open areas left,
middle, and right. They are 71 in, 61 in, and 71 in, respectively. The left and right
openings are situated on either side of the Council Chambers doors and would be
another location that could hold the paintings with 5.5 in of open space on either side. �I

Financial Consideration
• Approval of this Art Display Permit for
exhibit in Town Hall Lobby requires no
additional funding.
• Artist acknowledge and agree City will not
provide security for exhibit, set up, operation
and tear down
• City should not for any reason be liable for
lost, stolen or damaged artwork
