RE: Siteplan submittal for NCD Addition
Dear Sirs:
The purpose of this letter is to give some information concerning the proposed
development of NCD Addition in the City of Southlake.
We propose to develop the northeast corner of Hwy. 114 and Shady Lane into two
separate lots of office /commercial use. The existing zoning of the site is C -3, which
would allow this type usage. We plan to only develop Lot 2 at this time (see attached
plan). The immediate use of Lot 2 will be a dental clinic, with a future building being
added later that will be leased out by the owner. Lot 1 will be developed in the future in
accordance with the current zoning of C -3.
We feel that the proposed development will be a nice addition to the City of Southlake
and something that the citizens of Southlake will be proud o£ We appreciate your
assistance in this project.
Sincerely,
Joseph 13onola, D.D
