For and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and for other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the
City of Southlake ( "Grantor "), does hereby bargain, sell, release, vacate, abandon and
forever quit claim unto: Roger Glenn Williams and any and all of their heirs, legal
representatives or assigns, all of Grantor's right, title, and interest in and to the property
described on Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B ", attached hereto and incorporated
herein for all purposes.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the
above described property unto the said Grantee, its heirs and assigns forever, so that
neither Grantor nor its heirs, legal representatives of assigns shall have, claim or demand
any right or title to the aforesaid property premises or appurtenances or any part thereof.

BEING a tract of land in the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, out of the Thomas
Easter Survey, Abstract 474, and being a portion of the existing right -of —way of Crooked
Lane; said portion "being more particularly described, by metes and bounds, as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2 iron rod found in the south line of all that certain tract of land
conveyed to Roger Glenn Williams, according to .the deed thereof recorded in Volume 11862,
Page 1685 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas; said iron rod also being in the
existing northwest right —of —way line of Crooked Lane;
THENCE N 31' 18' 46" E, with said right —of —way line, o distance of 135.31 feet, to a 1/2
iron, rod found for angle point;
THENCE N 41' 57' 59" E, with said existing right -of —way line, a distance of 86.00 feet, to a
1/2 iron pipe found for angle point;
THENCE N 46' 39' 49" E, with said existing right —of —way line, a distance of 47.29 feet, to a
1/2" iron rod found for the westerly southwest corner of o previously abandoned portion of
Crooked Lane, according to the deed thereof recorded` in Volume 15485,, Page 123 the
Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE S 35' 59' 58" E, with the south line of said previously abandoned right —of —way, a
distance of 18.29 feet, to a 1/2" iron rod found for corner;
THENCE S 53' 24' 22 W, with the south line of said previously abandoned right —of —way, a
distance of 36.80 feet, to a 1/2 iron rod found for corner;
THENCE N 87* 18' 28" E, continuing with the south line of said previously abandoned
right —of -way, a distance of 11.48 feet, to the centerline of Crooked Lane;
THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY, with said centerline, curving to the left, having a radius of 346.90
