RE: Application for Abandonment, Crooked Lane (Southern Portion)
Dear Mr. Farahnak:
We would like to submit the attached Application for Abandonment of the described portion
of Crooked Lane. The subject abandonment is justified by the provision of alternate access
by way of South Nolen Drive, as recently constructed by Par -3 Properties.
This letter bears the respective signatures and current contact information of all adjacent
property owners, and shall be attached to the completed Application in fulfillment of the
signature requirement specified therein. These signatures indicate approval of all property
owners affected by the described act of abandonment.
Also attached are the required approval signatures from all utility company representatives.
We respectfully request that this Application be placed on the Agenda for the 18 March 2003
City Council meeting. Please give us a call if you require any further information regarding
this matter.
