18 Agenda Item No. 2 — Approval of the Minutes: Vice - Chairman Fairchild opened discussion of
19 the minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting held on January 27, 2011.

21 Motion was made to approve the minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting held on
22 January 27, 2011 as presented to the Board.

35 Former Chairman D. Todd Parrish, who was recently appointed to the Planning and Zoning
36 Commission, came forward and thanked the Board for their service during his term. The Board
37 in turned congratulated Mr. Parrish, thanked him for his service and wished him well.

39 Dennis Killough, Deputy Director of Planning & Development Services announced that no cases
40 have been submitted for the March 24, 2011 meeting, so unless items are tabled from tonight's
41 meeting there will not be a meeting on that date.

43 Agenda Item No. 4 - ZBA -607, Variance to rear yard setback: Variance to Ordinance No.
44 480, Section 11.5(d), requiring a rear yard setback of forty (40) feet. The applicant is requesting
45 a rear yard setback of sixteen and one -half (16.5) feet to construct an addition to the principal
46 residence.

48 The property is located at 1355 Woodbrook Lane, being described as Lot 18, Block 3, Cross
49 Timber Hills, Phase II, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and being

73 address the Board. Ms. Halbouty was still sworn in.
