No other changes are proposed to the plat. There is no equipment in the portion of the easement to be abandoned and the City has determined that there will not be a need in the future for the 20' easement. The applicant is in the process of obtaining permission from all franchise utilities to abandon ten (10) feet of the existing easement and approval of the plat revision is subject to the franchise utilities grating their permission. 7 The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the case on February 3, 2011 by a vote of 5 -0, with the proviso that all of the IOE
