Accountabiliry Commitment to Excellence Teamwork 111 c­ Oi SOUTHLAKE 9 Ordinance 931A 2009 International Fire Code (IFC) Integrity Innovation Accountabiliry Commitment to Excellence Teamwork •The code also added CO Detectors in all houses that have either fuel fired (natural gas) appliances or have an attached garage. •The 2009 IRC as adopted by the ICC membership requires sprinklering of all new dwellings, but the Texas legislature passed a new law stating cities may not adopt a new ordinance requiring sprinklers. Soil Stockpile management procedures and practices shall bg designed and maintained as to eliminate or significantly reduce any potentia air or storm water pollution. This section is to apply to soil stockpiles whict are intended to remain for an indefinite period after the issuance of tM Certificate of Occupancy. • Exception: Any requirement of this section may be waived as necessary bl. the City Building Official due to unusual or unique circumstances. • Limitations. Any single soil stockpile shall meet the following requirements: Integrity Slope. No individual soil stockpile shall exceed a slope ratio of 5:1 Innovation Height. No individual soil stockpile shall exceed a maximum height o five (5) feet from the highest grade on site. Accountability • Maintenance. In conformance with all other applicable requirements, thf Commitment soil stockpile shall be stabilized by providing vegetative perennial cover with to Excellence a density of seventy percent (70%) at the responsibility of the property owne where the stockpile is located.
