Carroll Ave. and being approximately 13.87 acres. SPIN # 3. REQUEST DETAILS: The applicant is proposing two shade structures with green metal posts and a forest green fabric shade material to be located in the playground area behind the school building. The larger of the two proposed shade structures is supported by four 8' posts and measures 40'x 40' with an approximate overall height of 14'. The smaller structure is supported by a single post and it measures 14' x 14' with an approximate overall height of 12'. 1 %1:71_10 Is] 4 REQUESTED: The applicant is requesting a variance to Zoning Ordinance No. 480, Section 43.13(a)(2), prohibiting membrane -type roofs for structures lying within the residential adjacency overlay district. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: January 6, 2011; Approved (7 -0), granting the variance to Zoning Ord. 480, Section 43.13(a)(2) prohibiting membrane -type roof structures lying within a residential adjacency overlay district and subject to the staff report dated December 21, 2010.
