Though the only trees on site are deceased or not required to be preserved new landscaping will be installed as indicated by the applicant. In October 2001, City Council approved a zoning change and concept plan for Pecan Creek that included this lot, in that approval a condition was placed for this lot to have a 20 -foot bufferyard adjacent to the school property with evergreen material. The applicant has indicated they intend to comply with this requirement. [There are two (2) Cedar Elm trees on the site that are over 6" diameter. The rest are deceased soapberry trees or not a protected size.
