Utility Easement Future Retaining t Wall (green) and Play Area and 708 Castle Rock This aerial shows the approximate location of the proposed retaining wall in green, the play area for a swing set noted in yellow and the location of the 15' public drainage and utility easement located on the property at 708 Castle Rock Drive 5 Background Information • Private storm sewer currently exists within easement • No public utilities installed within easement • Retaining wall required to fill in area to create a level base for installation of a swing set and play area ®SOUTHLAKE As indicated on an earlier slide, there is an existing private storm sewer and inlets within the public drainage and utility easement. Each property owner is required to maintain the private storm pipe and inlets located at the back of their lots. There are no public or franchise utilities installed within this easement. The retaining is required in order to fill in a sloped area to create a level base for the installation of a swing set and play area. 0 The encroachment agreement relates to the City's strategy map in the focus area of performance management and service delivery and the core objective met is providing high quality customer service. 7 SOUTHLAKE v Questions ?
