As indicated on an earlier slide, there is an existing private storm sewer and inlets within
the public drainage and utility easement. Each property owner is required to maintain the
private storm pipe and inlets located at the back of their lots. There are no public or
franchise utilities installed within this easement. The retaining is required in order to fill in
a sloped area to create a level base for the installation of a swing set and play area.

The encroachment agreement relates to the City's strategy map in the focus area of
performance management and service delivery and the core objective met is providing
high quality customer service.
