City works w/ non-profit Community organizations to provide social, educational, economic, and cultural programs and services for Southlake citizens and businesses
Allows for services to be provided without the City having to fund additional personnel and capital investments, as well as the ongoing administrative and operational expenses that would
be required to provide these services to the community

thoroughly reviewed & evaluated scope of services
assessed value to the City for each agreement
standardized agreements and clarified scope of services
Workgroup recommends:
3 year terms
Stagger agreements (2 year initial term for half of agreements)
Community Services AgreementSouthlake Chamber of Commerce
Provides economic & civic support to encourage growth of new & existing businesses
Coordinates Leadership Southlake
Hosts Oktoberfest
Organizes & hosts annual business awards banquet
Makes retention visits for 30 businesses
Community Services AgreementSouthlake Community Band
Citizen access to:
participate in the arts
support community cultural events
educational programs for both children and adults
Minimum of eight (8) free public concerts:

Home for the Holidays Celebration
Fall Concert
Guest Artist Concert
Annual Young Peoples Concert
Art in the Square
Other concerts at Town Square

Three (3) educational programs
Three (3) events with a community arts component
Supports various aspects of artistic expression (painting, sculpture, music, theatre, dance, writing) through programming

Offers MasterWorks Music Series
Over eleven (11) years in Southlake (concerts at TS)
Visual and performing arts concerts to the public
