Deck the Windows - Guidelines
Decorations must be ready by November 20, 2010 at 5PM and removed no sooner than December 15, 2010
Windows should be kept clean during the duration of the decoration period
Décor must be appropriate for all ages
Window décor must follow Sign Ordinance No. 704 as amended
Deck the Windows - Judging
Judging will be based on creativity, originality, and the spirit of the season
Judges will be SL residents, visitors, businesses, etc
Judges will be able to Text, Email, drop off votes
Prize to the winning business
