A 60' ROW easement is required for Our Lane. The existing tract is currently for sale. A prospective buyer would like to remove the mobile home that sits on the property and build a new home. Since the tract has to be rezoned and platted before a building permit can be issued, the property owners are requesting approval of a zoning change and concept plan so that they can sell the existing tract as a buildable lot. If the request is approved, the applicant will submit an application for a one -lot plat showing, which can be administratively approved. 9 ;"i S$ 1.008 SANDS SURVEYING CORPORATION PROTECTED TREE BORDERLINE TREE TREE TO BE ALTERED TREE CONSERVATION PLAN uix WILLIAM MARTIN SURVEYTM ix •x[ cm oFABSTRACTT 1a1006680 xxl(a,a) so 2 xns sss- Since the exact building pad for the new home is not known at this time, all trees within the buildable area are shown as "To be Removed" or "Marginal".
