"�C �_ �_ I This slide shows the location of Jack D. Johnson Elementary where the improvements will be constructed VA Carroll Independent School District Jack D Johnson Elementary School • Carroll I. S. D. proposes to construct building and parking lot improvements to the existing elementary school • Public improvements will consist of the following: — 5 x 5 storm inlet to be relocated for the new drive approach for the parking lot U SOUTHLAKE CISD is proposing to construct building and parking lot improvements to the existing elementary school. The only public improvements that will be constructed as part of this project will be a 5 x 5 storm inlet that will be relocated for the purpose of the new drive approach. 3 Carroll Independent School District Jack D Johnson Elementary School • CISD requested revisions to standard agreement — CISD is requesting same language changes for the Jack D. Johnson CDA — Board resolution in lieu of required surety bonds (School Board will act on resolution November 1, 2010) — CISD will assign maintenance bonding responsibility to their general contractor — Impact Fee Exemption (Allowed by state law), U SOUTHLAKE C! The request language changes include — the school board providing a board resolution in lieu of the required bonds. The board will act on a resolution for the elementary school during their August 2, 2010 meeting. The district will assign the maintenance bonding responsibility to their general contractor. Also included is and exemption of the impact fees which is allowable by state law. M Th commercial developer's agreement links the City's strategy map in the Focus areas of Infrastructure and Performance Management and Service Delivery.
