EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Property Situation
The property is located at 640 S White Chapel Blvd; directly west of the Feedstore BBQ
restaurant located at 530 S White Chapel Blvd. The current zoning on the property is AG
Agricultural District. The Future Land Use Plan designation is Medium Density Residential.
Development Details
• The applicant is proposing to place a 100 -ft tall stealth cell pole on private property
located at 640 S White Chapel. The location area is approximately 160 square feet
and is approximately 1000 feet west of White Chapel Blvd. There will be no visible
appendages on the pole. The area will be enclosed and landscaped.
