EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Property Situation
The property is located on the southern boundary of the athletic fields located south of
Carroll Intermediate School which is located at 1101 N Carroll Avenue. The current zoning
on the property is AG Agricultural District. The Future Land Use Plan designation is Mixed
Use. There is an existing light pole that is proposed to be replaced with a pole that will
extend ten (10) feet taller and include the addition of three (3) antennas that will service T-
Mobile customers.
Development Details
• The applicant is proposing to replace an existing 70' light pole with an 80' light pole
with three (3) antennas attached; in an effort to increase cell phone coverage for T-
Mobile users. The area in which the pole and ground equipment are proposed to be
located is approximately 60 square feet and in the same location as the existing pole.
This area is proposed to be fenced.
