TO HAVE AND TO HOLD that said conveyed property unto the Grantee for the purposes herein set forth, Grantor hereby binds itself, its successors and assigns, to warrant and forever defend the" said conveyed property and rights granted herein unto Grantee, its successors and assigns .every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.
