OFFER THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS. THESE STIPULATIONS ARE HEREBY MADE CONDITIONS OF PLAT
APPROVAL UNLESS SPECIFICALLY AMENDED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR

The plat must adhere to all applicable requirements and conditions of approval for the concept plan

2. Change the line type for the north boundary of Phase 1 to a solid lighter line.
3. The following changes are needed with the owner certification and dedication:
a. The current owner warranty deed record must be referenced in the preamble.
b. Ensure that all metes and bounds match with the graphic labels.
4. Common Areas must be labeled as public park dedication.
