A request for "SF -20X" is typically deemed contrary to the recommended type of development within the low density residential category. This property is a single 0.8 acre unplatted tract of land that was subdivided prior to annexation into the City. The net lot area after dedication for adjoining rights -of -way will be just over 20,000 square feet. The SF -20 zoning district is only single family residential district that the lot can comply with.
