Remove the word "Showing" from the title of the plat. 3. Provide the deed record volume and page for the current owner(s) in the preamble of the legal description. 4. The following changes are needed with regard to adjacent properties within 200': a) Label the lot number (Lot 3) for the T. Easter No. 474 Addition property. b) Show and label the 15' D. & U.E. on Lot IR, Block 4, Cornerstone Business Park. C) Show and label the 10' U.E. on Lot 3R, Block 3, Cornerstone Business Park. d) Correct the filing information on Lot 1, Block 2, Cornerstone Business Park. Correctly show the D.E. on the lot. e) Show and label the lot numbers, block numbers, subdivision name and easements for the properties to the south (Carroll I.S.D. No. 6 Addition). 5. Show the location of the City Limit line and label the city names. 6. Show the location of the survey line and label the survey names and abstract numbers. Label the width of the R.O.W. for Exchange Blvd. INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS * It appears this property lies within the 75 LDN D/FW Regional Airport Overlay Zone, requiring construction standards in compliance with the Airport Compatible Land Use Zoning Ordinance No. 479. Please submit a revised blueline "check print" prior to submitting blackline mylars with original signatures. * A "Certificate of Taxes Paid" indicating that there are no delinquent taxes owed on the subject property from each taxing authority must be provided to the City prior to filing this plat in the County records. A copy of this information may be obtained from the Tarrant county Tax Assessor /Collector's Office located at 100 E. Weatherford St. in Ft. Worth (across from the old red courthouse).
