Accountability • The Interlocal Agreement is an annual
Commitment to agreement between Southlake, Grapevine,
Excellence and Colleyville providing for the participation
jamwork in and funding for Metroport Teen Court.
• The Colleyville City Council approved the
FY 2007 Interlocal September 9, 2006
• The Grapevine City Council approved the
FY 2007 Interlocal October 17, 2006.
The City Council has approved the FY 2007 budget to reflect this extraordinary
growth. The operating budget is currently $97,091.00, which the 3 participating
entities split evenly at $32,364.00.
The total approved budget is $118,224.00. The difference is due to the $12,000.00
Special Projects Fund, which is funded by $10 defendant fees collected by each
city. The Special Projects Fund helps to offset the costs of:
Volunteer recruitment, retention, education and
promotion, including educational field trips, training,
recruitment seminars, presence and marketing at
career fairs, and promotional items.
Worksite recruitment and retention and affiliated
activities Budget increase, as approved by the City Council, also
reflects programmatic additions, including off -duty security presence
at each Teen Court session and a full-time assistant.
