City of Southlake Department of Planning STAFF REPORT November 1, 2006 CASE NO PROJECT ZA06 -162 Revised Site Plan for Lot 2R, Block 3R2, Southlake Town Square - Robb & REQUEST: Cooper & Stebbins is requesting approval of a revised site plan. The original plan proposed a retail furniture store of approximately 26,000 square feet with a partial second floor located north of the existing Crate & Barrel (Building GA -14). The revised plan adds a full second floor and increases the floor area to approximately 40,000 square feet. The previous plan was approved with the following conditions: Accepting the applicant's commitment to change the middle, higher building section to be brick of a similar, complementary color that will wrap around the corners of the building and being subject to Site Plan Review Summary No. 1, dated June 2, 2006, and accepting the building elevations as presented. The main entry feature in the center of the west facade which faces State Street is primarily brick. The reverse pilasters between the widows on the west facade are also brick. The remainder of the building, including the north, south and east facades are synthetic stucco (EIFS). ACTION NEEDED: 1. Conduct public hearing 2.
