REQUEST: Cooper and Stebbins is requesting a revised site plan to add a mezzanine and a rooftop
dining area for Campania Pizza and More to be located at 291 Grand Avenue in
Southlake Town Square. The revised site plan is required to be approved by City
Council since the proposal adds area and changes the north and east elevations of
building GA-1.
This request is to add approximately 1,300 square feet of enclosed area on the rooftop
level and 1,700 square feet in an open rooftop dining area to be covered by a cedar
pergola with canvas swag retractable awnings. In addition, the applicant is requesting
the addition of approximately 1,800 square feet in a mezzanine as a dining area. Due to
the nature of the request, there is no site plan review summary generated for this
proposal.
