P ROJECT: Plat Vacation for Lot 1, Block 1, Johnson Place Addition
REQUEST: Approval of a plat vacation for Lot 1, Block 1, Johnson Place Addition. This
subdivision plat lies within the boundary of Johnson Place Estates subdivision. The
filing of a plat vacation is the typical practice in a situation where the lot lines,
easements, rights -of -way and /or deed restrictions of an existing subdivision interfere
with the new subdivision. Filing of this instrument will abandon all dedications
associated with the existing subdivision. The final plat for Johnson Place Estates, a 54
lot residential development, was approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission on
September 7, 2006.

PROPERTY SITUATION: The property is located on the north side of the 2400 block of Johnson Road.
The physical address is 2440 Johnson Road.
