Item 5DCity of Southlake Department of Planning STAFF REPORT September 27, 2006 CASE NO: ZA06 -141 P ROJECT: Plat Vacation for Lot 1, Block 1, Johnson Place Addition REQUEST: Approval of a plat vacation for Lot 1, Block 1, Johnson Place Addition. This subdivision plat lies within the boundary of Johnson Place Estates subdivision. The filing of a plat vacation is the typical practice in a situation where the lot lines, easements, rights -of -way and /or deed restrictions of an existing subdivision interfere with the new subdivision. Filing of this instrument will abandon all dedications associated with the existing subdivision. The final plat for Johnson Place Estates, a 54 lot residential development, was approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission on September 7, 2006.
