The following comments are based on the review of plans received on May 30, 2006 . Comments
designated with a number may be incorporated into the formal review to be considered by either the
Planning and Zoning Commission or City Council. Other items will not be addressed by either the P &Z
or City Council. It is the applicant's responsibility to contact the department representative shown

Parking Lot Landscape Comments:
1. The parking lot landscape medians look to measure smaller than the minimum 12' wide requirement.
Please ensure that the parking lot landscape medians are at least 12' wide inside curb -to -curb or 13'
edge -to -edge if no curb is intended.
2. Move the parking lot landscape island immediately south of the pedestrian walkway east or west to
maintain ease of pedestrian traffic flow.
TREE CONSERVATION COMMENTS:
Need details (location, size, and type) of existing trees proposed to be removed along with their
species and trunk diameter and where they are going to be reforested.
Landscape Administrator will work with Community Services staff to help identify trees to be
removed and replanted within the parkprior to issuance of an Earth Disturbance permit.
