Item 5E AudioItem 5E: Integrity Innovation Authorize placement of Longhorn Accountability Stampede public art fixtures in City Commitment to Excellence J�Feamwork arks as art of the Southlake 50t" p p Anniversary celebration In®• City Council, at their April 18, 2006 meeting _ requested an overview of the proposed Innovation placement locations of the longhorns and calves Accountability within City parks Commitment to Excellence The Southlake Stampede Committee has L,ork identified 100 potential locations for the placement of longhorns and calves within six (6) •� City parks �Uthro The locations provided represent a maximum placement alternative assuming the program is Integrity completely successful with sponsorships for all Innovation 100 longhorns and calves with no placement on sponsor locations Accountability Commitment to Excellence Not anticipated as currently there are eamwork approximately twenty (20) sponsored art pieces and the potential for placement on private property • Sponsor requests to be placed in a specific park may be met assuming space available within the requested park and site selection process is not circumvented • 58 "Primary" locations and 42 "Secondary" locations have been identified within these six parks: Integrity Innovation 1. Rustin Park (7 Primary and 10 Secondary) Accountability 2. McPherson Park (10 Primary and 8 Secondary)* Commitment to 3. Bicentennial Park (13 Primary and 9 Secondary) Excellence 4.
