THESE STIPULATIONS ARE HEREBY MADE CONDITIONS OF PLAT APPROVAL UNLESS SPECIFICALLY AMENDED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. Insure easements are provided in accordance with the approved construction plans and as -built conditions. Also, insure all easement boundaries or center lines are tied to lot boundaries and have been labeled with the bearing and distance. The easement along SH 114 is not labeled. 2. Provide a detail of the easements in the SEC of Block 3R2, Lot 3 and Block 4R, Lot 3R. 3. Verify the acreage. The boundary of the first plat approval and this plat do not appear to have changed, yet this plat is ± 0.5 acres less than the previous. 4. The following changes are needed with the owner certification and dedication: a. Insure that all current owners and corresponding deed records are included in the preamble. b. Ensure that all metes and bounds match with the graphic labels. Many of the documents created as part of this development have referenced this as Southlake Town Square Phase IV. Please be consistent with other documents. Change appropriately within the title block and dedication. Common Areas must be labeled and dedicated as public parks in accordance with the "DT" district dedication.
