The purpose of the request is to receive approval for an extension of a specific use permit previously approved by City Council to permit a church use within the "I -1" Light Industrial District. The applicant needs an extension to occupy the current location while they construct their permanent facility on S. Kimball Avenue. ACTION NEEDED: 1. Conduct public hearing 2. INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS A fully corrected plan that includes all associated support plans /documents and conditions of approval is required before any ordinance or zoning verification letter publication or before acceptance of any other associated plans for review. Plans and documents must be reviewed and stamped "approved" by the Planning Department. All development must comply with the City's Drainage Ordinance No. 605 and detain all post development run -off. Although not required by ordinance, staff would appreciate placing the City case number "ZA05- 159" in the lower right corner for ease of reference.
